DISQUALIFYING ISSUES

What will disqualify you immediately:

I do not want anyone to feel intimidated to apply for an award. I am not in anyway perfect myself and so I will not expect this of you - errors are a part of life - however, if it is a repeated error it will definitely take away from your chances of receiving an award. Below are reasons I will leave your site immediately. 
No room for error here.

1. Inappropriate or offensive content such as pornography or racism.

2. Profanity.

3. "Bandwidth" theft or violating the International Copyright Laws. (meaning; failure of paying credit to the original artist / authors / owners).

4. Under construction signs or any re-direct page to another URL.

5. Scripts that cause my browser to crash.

6. More than 1 Popup Window

7. Any site requiring visitors to subscribe, register or login before gaining access to your index page.

8. If I have to download a plug-in to view your site.
